AR. SAGAR SHINDE
With an experience of over 15 years, Ar. Sagar Shinde is a qualified and renowned Architect and designing head, who has bagged some impressive projects under his belt. With a qualification of B. Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) from Rizvi College of Architecture, Mumbai.
Mr. Sagar Shinde started his professional career in 2006 by associating himself with the top-most architects in the industry. As a passionate individual full of zeal, he simultaneously opted to pursue his own set of small scale projects. He identified himself as an independent architect in 2014 and has been working individually since then. He holds onto a forte in planning & designing, interior designing and conceptualisation of various designs.
With an expertise in working on large scale projects that include corporate associations’ interiors such as towers, commercial scale constructions, master planning & hospitality projects, Sagar holds an extensive and in-depth experience in designing for hospitality projects including sub categories of multispecialty clinics and cancer hospitals. AMOL KHANDAGALE
A well-known, Renowned and Liaisons head who has been catering to an elite clientele for over 15 years till date, Ar. Amol Khandagale has completed his Diploma in Architecture 2006 from MSBTE. Mr. Amol Khandagale began his professional career from 2006 immediately after he completed his high Diploma degree.
Today as we talk, he is an independent owner of his firm named “Anuttama Consultants’. Established in the year 2008, Anuttama Consultants is well known for the experience and expertise in the architectural field and has successfully bagged and accomplished various projects.
With an expertise in paying attention to the minute details of the client’s requirements, Mr. Amol is an expert planner and designer and is well known for liasoning, and his business development skills. His work profile also encompasses taking statutory approval, coordinating with authorities and working closely with the developers & the respective departments of the Government when required. With his extraordinary communicative and decision making skills, he specialises in effectively co-ordinating with on-site masses and consultants.
SHAMSHUDDIN NAYAB
Beginning his professional career in the year 2001 and being known today as the proud owner of a consultancy firm named “Axis Associates’’, Mr. Shamshuddin Nayab is an experienced Design Head with an understanding in the field of over 15 years. Mr. Shamshuddin had completed his diploma in Architecture 2006 from MSBTE.
Axis associates has been a reputed name in the architectural business since its foundation and has till date successfully delivered numerous projects. Mr Shamshuddin, is well known for his proficiency in designing, Team leadership, liasoning and business development.
With an immense experience in the real estate industry and domestic market, he is capable of handling a team and can work under high pressure in the business. With a multi-disciplinary approach towards drawing and designing, his personality is extremely influential which comes to need for commanding and coordinating with the consultants and on-site team.
